Retrace your steps to the canal and displace up to the balconies to enter the now cleaned-up apartment of Teresia Cienfuegos. On the left you can find Cienfuegos Pharmacy, but a sign on the front says it’s being seized by the bank, but Cienfuegos’ only daughter is trying to fight back, and also lives nearby.
If you’re looking to sedate the people in the bank, head out the window of the bank custodian’s apartment and slip through another apartment over the checkpoint leading to the plaza where the bank is. A note on the desk reads about meeting a certain cliff near the bank where some treasure was spotted - however, the note by the door about being fired seems to implicate he never made it back. If you plan on entering via the sanitation area, exit the taxidermy and look for a ledge up to the apartment above and slip in through the window.
